1.3 These Terms should be read alongside jolybet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jolybet.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jolybet platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jolybet strictly enforces this requirement.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jolybet platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. jolybet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees of jolybet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the jolybet platform.
Age Restriction Warning: Providing false information about your age to circumvent the 21+ requirement is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. jolybet will immediately terminate any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jolybet platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jolybet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jolybet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jolybet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jolybet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Ownership. jolybet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to another person.
3.5 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your jolybet account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jolybet support immediately via live chat or email.
4.1 jolybet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR guidelines. All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are enabled.
4.2 KYC verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be requested at jolybet's discretion.
4.3 jolybet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
4.4 All KYC documents submitted to jolybet are handled in accordance with the jolybet Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the jolybet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jolybet does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jolybet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI , BDO, and Metrobank. jolybet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jolybet is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
5.4 Withdrawal Fees. jolybet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jolybet's control.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.6 Source of Funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. jolybet reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for large transactions in compliance with AMLA requirements.
5.7 Deposit Limits. jolybet may impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.
6.1 jolybet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.3 jolybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. jolybet also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Use of bonuses in a systematic manner designed to exploit promotional terms ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
7.1 All games available on the jolybet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, jolybet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jolybet's decision in such matters is final.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. jolybet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded or where a manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred.
7.4 Sportsbook. For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. jolybet's sportsbook rules, including rules for specific sports such as PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing, are published separately and form part of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jolybet platform:
jolybet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected, void all associated bets and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the jolybet platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of jolybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jolybet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jolybet content without prior written consent.
10.1 jolybet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jolybet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 jolybet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use the jolybet platform at your own risk.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jolybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the jolybet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jolybet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jolybet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jolybet is not liable for any loss resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.
12.1 Termination by jolybet. jolybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if jolybet is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your jolybet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through jolybet's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, jolybet will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jolybet platform shall first be submitted to jolybet's customer support team for resolution. jolybet aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jolybet's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 jolybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.
14.2 The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always available at jolybet.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
